The
RoomSync developers have been working like little elves in their workshop, rolling out new features just in time for the holidays. For our by-the-bed communities, we're excited to announce that you can now avoid the unfortunate case of two renewing residents in different apartments from matching with one another.
By providing renewing residents with Quick Join links for their appropriate room type, you will prevent renewing residents from matching together. For each room type you offer on site, you have 2 different links -- one to provide to new residents, and the other provided to renewing residents.
To access Renewal Quick Join links, login into the RoomSync Admin and click '
Quick Join Links' under the Resources section. Be sure to distribute this link to renewing residents.
