Clients can now allow residents to view their match groups and start or continue chats in RoomSync after a matching round closes.
Enabling this new setting allows residents to discover their final groups and connect with their roommates directly in the app even after matching is over, bringing the RoomSync journey full circle.

How This Is New
Previously, residents were unable to view their match groups or access the Matches tab once matching closed. This was by design as we wanted to give administrators the space to finalize room assignments, make any necessary adjustments to roommate groups, and communicate final matches to residents on their own timeline, without residents reacting in real time to updates that were still in progress.
However, many of our clients are ready to open up that visibility once their process is complete and we now offer the flexibility to do just that.
