RoomSync Joins Entrata’s Industry-Leading Partner Ecosystem, Debuts Enhanced Roommate Matching Integration

In taking part in Entrata’s API Program, RoomSync will be able to better serve customers currently using Entrata’s operating system.


Saint Petersburg, FL - June 24, 2025 - RoomSync, today announced that it has joined Entrata's enhanced API Program and ecosystem. As a partner of Entrata, RoomSync will better provide roommate self-selection tools for residents and administrative matching tools for on-site staff.

This partnership allows RoomSync to integrate into the Entrata platform and serve our mutual customers better on an ongoing basis. By combining the functionality of RoomSync to the broad user base of Entrata, more owners and operators will have the ability to benefit from extended functionality all within Entrata’s unified operating system.

As part of its participation in Entrata’s enhanced API Program, RoomSync has released a major upgrade to the integration. With this upgraded integration, on-site teams can now export eligible roommate matches from RoomSync to Entrata at the close of each matching round. The one‑click transfer eliminates the previously manual task of entering match data into the BUA, saving time and reducing administrative workload for on‑site teams.
