Saint Petersburg, FL - November 2, 2026 - RoomSync, the leading provider of roommate self-selection software for the student housing industry, today announced a partnership with Maslow's Campus Communities, an Austin, Texas-based student housing development and management platform. The partnership will initially launch at Beacon San Marcos, with plans to expand across Maslow's growing portfolio of communities.

Under the agreement, Maslow's residents will have access to RoomSync's cross-platform roommate matching app, empowering students to find compatible roommates based on lifestyle preferences, academic interests, and personal compatibility. The platform replaces the traditional manual assignment process with a resident-driven experience designed to foster community and improve retention.

When Bayless founded Maslow’s Campus Communities in 2024 and reunited with Beese and Talbot as partners, that firsthand experience made RoomSync a natural fit.
